FAQS
DO YOU OFFER SURGERY OR EMERGENCY SERVICES?
At this time, surgical procedures are not offered.
As a solo practitioner, I am not available 24 hours for appointments and not equipped to provide hospitalization for critical cases or emergency care. Please contact a brick and mortar clinic for these services.
WHAT IS THE PAYMENT POLICY?
We accept cash and all major credit cards. Payment is due at time of service.
WHAT IS THE PROTOCOL FOR EUTHANASIA?
Euthanasia is performed as a two step process. Initially, a sedative is given to ensure a smooth and peaceful passing. This medication will make them comfortable and sleepy. Once they are sedated, and you have said your good-byes, the second medication is given to complete the process.
We work with Angel Companions to provide cremation services. Once an appointment is made, please call them to arrange aftercare and we will work together to ensure your pet is respectfully cared for.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
The goal is to provide quality care to all patients in a timely manner. When you book your appointment, you are holding a space that is no longer available to other patients.
If cancellation is necessary, please call/text at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or a missed appointment fee will be charged.
